1. [[#Choose.]]
2. [[#Look.]]
3. [[#Block.]]
## Choose.
1. List the 3 most important tasks that I must work on today.
2. Out of the 3 mark which task is the **most** important.
- At the very least, even if everything else goes wrong, we will at least make **progress** on one of these tasks.
3. Find the next action step on that top priority task.
## Look.
- Look ahead at your calendar. Familiarize yourself with it.
- Write on your calendar, the events that are set in stone (appointments).
- Look at the gaps between your appointments. **This is how much time you actually have in your day.**
> [!question] Do I need to write this if it is already in my calendar?
> Yes, **write it again**. The point of this exercise is to bring these appointments to the front of your mind.
## Block.
- Now pick a block of time to work on your most important task.
