Here's what most people don't
understand. Calendar blocking is a
double-edged sword. On the one hand, it
can be a good way to have a target for
my attention. The danger with calendar
blocking is that it is too easy to
overblock. you overblock and you don't
take into account cognitive load, mental
energy, and distraction.
Calendar blocking for me creates more problems than it solves.
